1. Purpose of the Terms

These Terms define the rules governing the use of the services provided by 3Sigma Studios, including:

• access to the website and launcher;
• downloading, installing, and using our games;
• creating and using a user account;
• purchasing digital content, licenses, subscriptions, or additional features;
• using content, characters, graphics, audio, music, trademarks, interfaces, systems, features, and other elements owned by 3Sigma Studios;

• limitations of liability to the extent permitted by law;
• the conditions for suspension, restriction, or termination of access.

2. Acceptance of the Terms

You accept these Terms when you:

• create an account;
• download our launcher or one of our games;
• purchase or use digital content;

Any violation of this section may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your access without a refund, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

7. User Accounts

Certain features may require the creation of an account.

You are responsible for:

• the accuracy of the information you provide;
• maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials;
• all activities conducted through your account;
• the security of your device, email address, and password.

You must notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

8. Purchases, Pricing, and Payments

Payments may be processed by third-party service providers. In such cases, your payment information is subject to those providers' terms and privacy policies. 3Sigma Studios does not store your complete payment card or payment details.

We may refuse, cancel, or suspend a transaction in the event of suspected fraud, unauthorized payment, violation of these Terms, an obvious pricing error, or where required by law.

9. Digital Content, Access, and Downloads

Games, software, downloadable content, digital items, updates, features, and other materials provided by 3Sigma Studios are licensed to you for use and are not sold as physical goods.

Access to certain content may depend on:

• your account;
• your internet connection;
• your device's compatibility;
• mandatory updates;
• legal requirements;
• compliance with these Terms.

10. Refunds and Right of Withdrawal

To the extent permitted by applicable law, purchases of digital content, downloads, immediate access products, virtual items, virtual currencies, or consumed services may be final and non-refundable.

However, nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights granted to you under applicable law.

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for certain distance contracts. However, for digital content supplied immediately, you may lose this right if you have expressly consented to immediate performance and acknowledged that doing so results in the loss of your right of withdrawal, where permitted by law.

Where applicable law requires a refund, repair, price reduction, or any other mandatory remedy, we will comply with those legal obligations.

Unless otherwise required by law, no refunds will be granted in the following circumstances:

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not obligated to maintain any particular feature, server, game mode, legacy version, or specific content indefinitely.

12. Virtual Items, Virtual Currency, and In-Game Content
