2257 Compliance Statement

Our Commitment

Every performer appearing in any visual depiction produced or distributed by 3Sigma Studios was at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time the content was created. No exceptions.

All productions are filmed with professional adult performers under written agreements, with documented, informed consent for every scene in which they appear.

Records-Keeping (18 U.S.C. § 2257)

In compliance with the records-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 and 2257A, and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 where applicable, we maintain records for every performer appearing in applicable visual depictions of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct. These records include government-issued photo identification verifying age and identity, legal name, date of birth, known stage names or aliases, production date, game title, scene identifier, and written consent and release records.

The records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and related regulations are kept by the Custodian of Records at the following address:

Content Removal & Reporting

If you have any reason to believe that a performer appearing in our content was underage at the time of filming, or that content was published without a performer's consent, contact us immediately at admin@3sigma-studios.com.

Every report is treated as a priority: the content in question is reviewed without delay and removed if any violation of law or of our standards is found.
